I am a design leader with over 15 years experience in Consumer and B2B products across enterprise, startups, and consulting. I have built and directed research, design, and technology teams and scaled them, while investing in both people and my own craft. My human-centered focus, interdisciplinary approach, and methods informed by a deep technology background gives me a product perspective and knack for communicating complex interaction visions clearly and persuasively.
Curiosity, passion, and competency in craft are key pillars of success as a leader of craftspeople. This has made me an equally effective researcher, UX architect, principal product designer, and product strategist.
I’ve recently led product design teams for several Consumer and B2B product lines in MarTech, FinTech, and currently global consulting to private and public sectors. I’ve led product design, UX research, and growth design programs that have delivered successful outcomes for Credit Karma, Chase, Capital One, TransUnion, and First American Title Company. Recent accomplishments—and my real passion—have been in developing and optimizing enterprise Agile design programs that have facilitated collaborative product innovation, resulted in YoY increases in SaaS revenue, double-digit lifts in engagement and retention rates, +$Millions in ARR, specific UX-driven bottom-line cost savings, and growth in key partnerships. My bias is toward iterative, high fidelity product design prototyping and validation, and a relentless focus on my users and systems-thinking.
From my start in retail visual merchandising to my work in enterprise applications, I have dedicated my career to understanding and advocating for customers, users, and my stakeholders to tackle tough business problems while pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver delightful product experiences.
